Yes. We offer monthly billing for flexibility and annual billing with a 20% discount for long-term savings and predictable costs.

You can switch your billing preference to suit your budgeting needs.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and direct bank transfer for all plans. Both provide secure, reliable processing and clear records for accounting.

What happens if I exceed my monthly conversation limit?

If you exceed your plan’s limit, chat activity pauses automatically until the next billing cycle.

If you need immediate capacity, you can purchase add-on conversation packs directly inside the platform to continue service without interruption.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

Yes. You can change plans whenever your requirements evolve.

The new plan starts immediately on the change date and begins a fresh billing cycle; conversation limits reset under the new tier. (Unused conversations don’t carry over.)

Are WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook integrations included in the price?

Each plan includes one integration for WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook. If you need additional accounts (e.g., a second Facebook or Instagram), you can add them for €50 per extra channel.

Note: Facebook and Instagram are paired and can only be purchased together.

Is onboarding assistance included with every plan?

Yes. All plans—Starter, Pro, and Business—include onboarding and training. Our team helps configure your agent to match your brand and goals for a smooth launch.

Can I increase the Smart Search product limit beyond 10,000 items?

Yes. We offer custom Smart Search limits through tailored plans. Contact our sales team with your requirements, and we’ll design a package that scales with your catalog.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription without losing data?

Yes. You can request a pause for up to six months via email, and your data remains intact

You may also cancel at any time with no penalty; access continues until the end of your current billing period.

How do you handle invoicing and payment records?

An invoice is automatically emailed after each payment. You can also access and download historical invoices from your account dashboard at any time for your records.
